Orders are accepted at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia wide and may offer international shipping at our discretion. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. To request a return or refund you must contact us at sales@sagelanecollection.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

If you have a concern or complaint about our products or services please contact us using the details above. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response you may seek assistance from your local consumer protection agency.
